Integrin compliance platform

Integrin for customs brokers

Every customer's declarations in one place, whether you act for a handful of customers or hundreds

Integrin lets you work across every customer with one login, and offer CBAM and EUDR from the declarations you already prepare.

Each importer you act for has its own workspace, and you work across them with one login. There is nothing to install. Declarations are checked against Revenue's business rules, including the EUDR due diligence check. If you also handle your customers' CBAM, its cost is calculated from the same goods items.

A declaration in Integrin

  1. Entered, from invoices or by API
  2. Goods items
  3. Weights and costs spread
  4. Checked against Revenue's rules
  5. CBAM and EUDR from the same goods items

Creating a declaration

Customers send their paperwork in whatever form they have it.

Enter a declaration directly, build it from its commercial invoices, which can be imported from PDFs or spreadsheets, or have the customer's system send it through the published API. Weights and costs are spread across the goods items.

Separate customer workspaces

A broker has to keep each customer's records apart.

Each customer's parties, products and declarations stay in their own workspace, and you move between them with one login. Your customers don't need to sign in, though a customer can be given access to its own workspace if you want.

Validation

A declaration that is rejected costs time at the border.

Validate checks each declaration against Revenue's business rules. Each problem is listed with the rule behind it, clicking it goes to the field to fix, and a declaration can't be submitted while any error remains.

Full audit trail

A broker has to be able to show how each declaration was made up and who changed it.

Everything done to a declaration is audited: who did what, and when, from the invoices linked to its acceptance.

Case study

E-commerce imports

After Brexit, an Irish customs broker brought in the team behind Integrin to build the system that cleared a global e-commerce company's imports into Ireland. Four people at the broker ran an operation of 20,000 shipments a day.
